Description: The present National Corn RDE Network is composed of State Colleges and Universities (SCUs), the Department of Agriculture (DA), its staff bureaus and line agencies which are actively involved in development, refinement and extension of technologies in corn production and post production. The SCUs would include the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) at Kabacan, North Cotabato; Central Mindanao University (CMU) at Musuan, Bukidnon; Visayas State College of Agriculture (VISCA) at Baybay, Leyte and the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) at College, Laguna which now serves as the national coordinating agency.
